We counted. Tacos, BBQ, burgers, pizza, cheesesteaks, wraps. All covered. All competing for the same customers with the same flavors.

The Pita Stop is the first Mediterranean street food truck in the Brighton corridor. We're bringing shawarma carved fresh off the spit, falafel fried to order, and sauces made from scratch every morning. No shortcuts, no frozen pita, no excuses.

The nearest shawarma is a 30-minute drive into Denver. We think Brighton deserves better.
